The box for some reason is preferring to be a teredo client and is not being assigned what its expecting. A v6 IP, and creating a tunnel out of the router with upnp. It's derping out. shutting off IPv6 should solve this. if nat is moderate or strict after, then put the box in DMZ with a v4 IP, and v6 off.
